With an extensive background in regulated business as well as an array of eclectic interests, Richard has been at the forefront of warranty and large scale insurance projects for nearly a decade. His ability to pivot and create workable solutions for partners has maintained the company in an industry leading position.
12 years of management, business ownership and operational experience has always meant Thomas has always had the varied experience needed to push the boundaries of the group. He now oversees all operation aspects within the group including its heads of department.
Mark has over 28 years experience in the Consumer Electronics and Major Appliance industry. Having worked for a number of blue chip and SME’s, Mark is a true industry expert and has gained a wealth of experience by working with manufacturers and retailers across the world.
With over 25 years financial services experience including 17 in learning and development within a large corporate bank, Brian has enabled us to offer a robust training and development programme for new and existing staff. He holds multiple awards for his training skills, which are utilised throughout the company.
Alf has over 14 years experience in financial banking and insurance institutions as well as client management. He has a great passion for customer services and developed a number of skills that are adaptable to different environments and strategies.
