We want someone who listens more than they talk, and then takes action. Just like a superhero, you’ll need to exhibit a sense of duty and responsibility and be willing to work to uncover the facts that will help in solving even the greatest of customer service problems.

Similar to Ironman, it’s important you can extend your ingenuity in dealing with difficult situations, and use charisma and charm to talk to your customers in a personal, caring way that makes them feel valued. If building real rapport is your passion this really is the role for you.

Every day you will have the opportunity to go above and beyond to assist perfect strangers who are counting on you to solve their problems and help them in times of trouble, need, or just because. You may not be faster than a speeding bullet or be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but when you go above and beyond the average customer support agent, you become someone’s superhero.


No superpowers necessary, but you’ll need to be flexible in working, with your hours being on a rotational shift basis between Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am- 2pm. Don’t worry, you’ll only be required to work one in three Saturdays per month.
