BIG is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Customer Services department. We’re a friendly Bournemouth based team providing some of the most comprehensive and competitive insurance and maintenance products for households. We’re one of the fastest-growing providers of these services within the sector and supply thousands of consumers with a high-quality service every day.

We believe that customer service is so much more than just answering questions. You will have an integral part to play in bringing to life our commitment to put customers at the heart of everything we do. You’ll directly impact business goals through providing feedback to our product team and ensure our customers are always listened to, engaged and supported.

What you’ll bring:
To be successful, you’ll need to be a real people person, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for our customers every day. Resolving the complex problems won’t faze you, and you’ll be able to build a good understanding of our products and services to help answer customer queries, all the while acting within operational processes and procedures.
We’re here for our customers, whatever the time of day or night, so you’ll need to be flexible in working a rotating shift pattern.
The Centre is open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat, so your hours of work are likely to always be between these hours, and your shifts will be confirmed in advance.
Weekends – Advisors will be required to work occasional Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Your BIG package is made up of a competitive salary dependent on experience.
You will have a generous holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays – although you should note that Bank Holiday working is a feature of this role.
